Bill Pelton, President & CEO

Mr. Pelton is a leading authority on video streaming over the internet. Mr. Pelton was the initial founder of DayPort, Inc in 1996. DayPort is now the market leader in video streaming and video management for the internet. DayPort was acquired by Entriq in 2007. Mr. Pelton lead sales efforts for DayPort taking them from a startup to an impressive client list of companies including CBS/Viacom, Clear Channel Television, Scripts Howard, Oprah Winfrey and others. Before video over the internet was being talked about in the main stream Mr. Pelton, was studying the market & formulating the plan for what is now Bizideo. Mr. Pelton has started Bizideo with his partners, using that experience coupled with Bizideo intellectual property to provide business systems for internet video to in corporate markets. Mr. Pelton’s vision of TV on demand over the internet is now becoming a reality as video streaming flourishes over the internet. Patrick Engesser, COO

Mr. Engesser has 28+ years experience in the business software field - includes ERP and content management applications. Most recently, he served as COO of iStreamit, LLC prior to iStreamit being acquired by Bizideo. Prior to that, he was V.P., Commercial Properties for UCit, Inc. He established UCit's presence in the commercial property space with 16 initial customers in six months. He signed up the 1st national partnership - a major commercial property listing service - which gave UCit exposure in 30 major U.S. commercial real estate markets. Also, he has 8+ years of experience with web-based application delivery and "software as a service" solutions. Over his career, he has led teams large & small responsible for product design, development, quality assurance, client support, product marketing/management, project management & management consulting. He has always achieved both revenue and client base growth. Also, Mr. Engesser is an active investor in ILostMyJob.com

James Beal, CTO

For 11+ years, Mr. Beal has focused on technologies that serve marketing, sales & service goals. A trained software engineer & developer, James has broad IT experience & has taken numerous solutions from concept to delivery. James understands the bottom line, strategic planning, & emphasizing projects that drive key organizational goals. In the case of Bizideo – which James co-founded with two other partners – James provides operational knowledge & area expertise in online systems, rich media, video production, delivery, & integration. Bizideo’s focus is on video solutions that helps create “conversions” among on-line audiences - conversion from an uninterested party to a sales lead, lead to a prospect, or prospect to a customer. Prior to Bizideo, James worked with web portal, social networking, relationship intelligence, mapping, fulfillment operations, and custom data-driven solutions. James has experience collaborating with associations & governmental organizations. He has a keen interest in community & economic development. James earned an M.S. in Software Engineering, Geographic Information Systems, Urban & Regional Planning in 2004. Also, Mr. Beal, along with his father are the founders of ILostMyJob.com.
